Feet Ghosts

I found this idea on a few parties and I just loved it.  My favorite part probably was hearing the kids giggle as I painted their feet.  I made a set for each of the grandparents as well, but they probably wont get them until after Halloween at this point but they can enjoy them for next year.

Pumpkin Jello

I made these the other night for a treat for Family Home Evening when we carved our pumpkins.

I used mint pieces for decorations because that is all I had :) (I just now noticed that one of the eyes fell off of the worm sorry)

Here is the recipe its super easy:

2 packages (6 oz) orange gelatin
2 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold milk
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

Dissolve gelatin in water; set aside for 30 min.  Whisk milk and pudding mix until smooth, about 1 minute.  Quickly pour into gelatin; whisk until well blended.  Pour into an oiled 13inx9in pan.  Chill until set.  Cut into circles or use a pumpkin-shaped cookie cutter.  Just before serving, add candy eyes and mouths.

ENJOY!!!!!

Delicious Mint Cocoa

I picked up a recipe card at the end of last winter at a grocery store I don't remember which one now.  When I was looking for new recipes in my collection that I haven't tried I found this so I bought the stuff to make it.  I didn't want to make the whole thing so I cut it in half.  My husband fell in love with this and wanted to go out and get more stuff to make another batch of it.

Mint Cocoa

2 cans of Evaporate Milk
1 1/2 cups chocolate and mint chips
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla extract

Combine the first three ingredients in a saucepan.  Stir often allowing the chips to melt.  Let it get hot but not boiling then remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
