Baby boy onesies

My sister-in-law is having her first baby in March, they found out it is boy.  I made some onesie's for her.  This one I made from an inside joke they have with my oldest daughter.

Here is a close up.

I made this one because hockey is a big sport in my husband's family.  I have another onesie to show you guys but I'm saving it for another day I am really excited about it.

Lucky T-shirt

Since Valentine Day is over, I thought that I would share with you this shirt that I made for my daughter.  I did the freezer paper stenciling and paint.  When my daughter saw it she put it on right away so I guess that is a good sign ;) HookingupwithHoH

Apron for my Hubby

My husband loves to be making something in the kitchen.  So I thought for Christmas I would change up one of his aprons for him.  I used freezer paper for the stencils, and it cost me nothing I had all of the materials.

Handsome Onesie

I found a onesie on a few store websites that said "i'm handsome just like my dad"  I thought that they were cute.  I had an extra onesie that I had bought and couldn't figure out exactly what I wanted to put on it.  I knew that this is what I wanted to do.

I cut it out with the cricut on freezer paper, then ironed it onto the onesie.

Then I painted it and let it dry.

The finished onesie.

A Couple of Presents for my daughter

Today is my daughter's 4th birthday and I couldn't resist making her some presents.

The first one was a freezer paper stencil shirt.  As I have said before she loves purple right now, so I couldn't resist the purple shirt when I saw it.

She is in ballet right now and we use a bag that is sitting around to put her dance stuff in.  We found this fabric as a remnant and she loved it.  So I decided that I would make her a specific dance bag that she could use for the next few years.  I'm going to make more it was fun to make.

Freezer Paper Stencil Shirts

One of my Christmas presents this year was a Cricut Expression. One of the many projects that I have tried out using my cricut with is making stencils with freezer paper to make some of these cute shirts. Freezer paper makes a temporary stencil that is easily removeable, then add some paint, let dry and remove the stencil and voila!! some really awesome shirts.

These ones I made for my daughter and she asks to wear them all of the time.

We have a little one on the way that is a boy. These I thought were tons of fun for him to enjoy when he joins us.
