Anniversary Gift

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary last month.  I was having a hard time figuring out what to do for him.  So I combined a couple of ideas that I saw. 

We celebrated 6 years this year so I found 6 pictures of us throughout the time we have been married.  I used mats that I found at Walmart and put the picture inside of them and then added a little message of something that I loved about my husband, and I tried to have it tie in with the picture.

I wrapped each picture individually and wrote a time that he was suppose to open it on the wrapping.

I hung the pictures under a sign that my husband gave me for my first mother's day, using wire and clips.

An Anniversary Gift

Five years ago my wonderful husband and I got married.  It hasn't been easy but it sure has been worth it!!  I wanted to share part of my gift for him.  I saw in a few places an idea of doing 101 reasons why I love you.  It kind of developed from there.  I made a list this past week of reasons why I love him.   I typed up the list on pictures of us we have taken this last year and glued them on an "accordion album" that I found at Oriental Trading Company.

Mailbox for Love Notes

I made this for my husband for Valentines day but this is a great present for your anniversary as well or just for fun as well.  I found the mailbox at Hobby Lobby then painted it the same colors that we have in our room.  I made a little note saying that I will put things in it for him and put the flag up.  It has been tons of fun to have going on.  My husband has been doing stuff back and putting them in the mailbox as well.
